By submitting your design through our "Submit a Design" page, you agree that your entry is being provided on a non-exclusive basis and does not guarantee any commission, sale, or financial compensation. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the design and that it is your original work.

All submissions are subject to review and selection at the sole discretion of The Criminal Coyote Store. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or otherwise use any submitted design for promotional or commercial purposes without further notice or additional compensation. Submission of your design does not create any contractual obligation for future engagement.

You grant The Criminal Coyote Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and distribute your design in any form and through any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials and product development. Should your design be selected, any further terms regarding commission or royalty payments will be addressed separately.

Any design that includes likenesses of real people must be accompanied by your confirmation that you have secured all necessary permissions from the individuals depicted. The Criminal Coyote Store disclaims any liability for claims arising from the unauthorized use of any likeness, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any related disputes or damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from your submission will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate legal forum. By submitting your design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

PRINTIFY
​
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
​
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
